One Last Surgery

Hey Everyone,

So I just wanted to let you know that I am getting ready to have Surgery #6 in January. This time it has nothing to do with my heart, amazing isn't it.

During a routine check up they found another Birth Defect called Intestinal Malrotation. To prevent me from having an emergency operation to fix this if my gut ever turns they decided to fix it now.

I honestly thought I was all done with Surgery and any medical problems when I had my pacemaker put back in last year. I guess not.

But I wanted to say thank you all so much for posting on here, responding to my posts, giving me and other people inspiration. It has meant a ton to me and I'm sure to a lot other people.

So.... Hope you all have Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year...

Love,
Alexis

Dear Alexis,
My goodness It sure feels like it is always something doesn't it. Well let me tell you that eventually "they" do run out of things to fix. Really they do. I hope that you will be okay and that this will be the last of the surgeries for a long time.

I wish you the best of luck and I will be pulling for you,
Happy holidays,
pacers friends are the best,

It may be the first time we've felt a normal heart rhythm in a long time, so of course it seems too fast and too strong.
