hi have anyone with a icd had problens with reciveing dissability

hi in fl i am 36 iam a constuction worker i have the icd because i have arrhythmias the doctor said i have the most dangerous one which can cause Cardiac Arrest because my start beating fast for no reason i have artery disease Mitral Valve Disease chf and obstructive sleep apne and a cardiomyopathy also insomnia the doctor have fill out a questionnaire that say i am unable to work not even low strees jobs i was turned down twice for dissability now i have a lawery and this questionnarie the doctor signed i cant work i diddnt have this when they turned me down before do think ill get it thanks billy

I don't have all the answers but may be able to help you find your way through the system. Or, at least give it a good try. Are you trying to get Medicare disability, disability from your employer or some kind of state disability? Take care and God bless you.

Hi Billy - In which state do you reside? What is your age and work history? Why do you have the ICD? For whom do you or did you work? There are so many variables to disability. Are you talking state disability or Medicare disability?
