My s icd is under my left armpit but feel weird and sore now and then i had the surgery done about 4 weeks but get sore now and then also since i got this put in the mental and emotional side has got to me very anxious scared worried depressed because of this and what i hear

S-ICD Placement

I don't know a whole lot about S-ICDs but it appears they are placed lower and to the left of where a pacemaker would be implantd so it looks to me like you're pretty normal. 

At four weeks, it may well still be painful but remember, it only has been four weeks.  It will feel better soon enough. 

As far as the mental/emotional goes, the best way I've been able to deal with it is just to not focus on the past.  I can't be bothered by how I got here.  I am here.  How can I get to where I want to be?  Focus on the future.  You have a "fix" for your biggest problem.  Tomorrow will be better.

If that does't work, there is nothing wrong with seeking the help of psychologist.  A good psychologist will help as long as you want to help yourself.
