Sure.  Pacemakers don't alter their function (or the other way around).  Why do you ask?

I take diltiazem ( 360 mg/ day) along with a beta blocker ( metoprolol- 100 mg/day) to keep my atrial arrhythmias and high blood pressure stomped down. No problems with the pacemaker. 

Amlodipiine

Just as a note, amlodipine is a CCB and it's one of the most common blood pressure medications in the world.  I've been on it for years, before and after my PM.
