Beats per minute after pacemaker change

Hi Guys I'm in the UK had my pacemaker changed on Tuesday , I feel fine although I'm a bit worried as my Heart rate with my new PM is a lot higher than it used to be always 90bpm or just under , was always 60-70bpm befour , the tech said she set the pm the same as befour , has anyone else had a higher rate with a PM change ? Only been a few days since the operation so thought it may be the stress etc , of course if this doesn't change I shall get in touch with hospital , just thought I'd ask befour I do this . Thank you

Without knowing more, it's impossible to even guess what the problem is or if there is indeed a problem.  Please put information about you (why you have a pacemaker) and your pacemaker (leads, pacing mode, etc.) in your profile.

90bpm seems way to high.  I'd be checking with the  cardiologist, not leaving it up to the tech.
