blood pressure meds Valsarten

Has anyone had or taking the medicine Valsarten 80 mg. (to reduce blood pressure)

I have been told that I will need this.

I've been using Losartan (which is in the same category) for many years now without problems. Mind you, these medicines will take a couple of weeks before the effect takes place.
Best time to take this and other blood pressure medication is late in the evening. This according to a large Spanish study (19000 patients).
