Pacemaker

Does anyone with a pacemaker out there ever feel when their heart rate is changing. You don't feel dizzy or light headed and you don't have a head ache but your head feels slightly different at times?  My heart rate is between 63 and100 according to what i'm doing. My pacemaker was put in about 11 months ago and i had a complete heart block.

The only thing I can think of, is that your blood circulation now is much better than it was before (thanks to the pacemaker). If you are on betablockers, you might also ask your doctor if there is need for change. In my case I had to change from Metaprolol to Carvedilol.

No Beta Blockers

I have a dual chamber pacer 100% of the time.  I am not on beta blockers but with my latest pacer adjustment making it more sensitive I do feel my heart change.  I walk 60 minutes every day and ride my bicycle often why I had the adjustments to make the pacer more sensitive.  I don't get lightheaded or have muscle pain anymore as my pacer speeds up my heart sooner when on the bike.
