You need to use that arm as much as possible. Just keep the elbow below the shoulder. I'm sure you know to not wear the sling anymore.
Have you told your doctor about your arm? Normally there's a wound check at the one week mark and you can run this by them. If you already had your wound check, you can call and ask about this.
