Arm movement after implant of PM

There is no evidence that gently using the arm will do any damage provided all is comfortable. For instance you will not pull out the leads as there is plenty of slack. It is sensible not to strain lifting as the increase in intrathoracic pressure can cause some bleeding around the insertion point in the vein.
Keep the scar dry until the scab has gone. Don't pick! Don't force yourself to perform.
You don't want to stretch the wound. Otherwise, carry on with what is comfortable for you.

You can pull up your shorts. You just don't want to strongly pull. You will heal. It will get better in time. 💕🦋
