Hi Ella-girl thank you for the kind words! It seems that this is a rare condition as there is very little information about it. I have to have surgery tomorrow so I guess I will know more after that! Happy Holidays:)

I am not planning on letting any of this shorten my life. I am planning on living a long happy battery operated life. You never know maybe it will keep me alive longer. I sure know one thing I would have been dead before starting school without it.

Heya, lucybell. By no means am I a doctor, but I am assuming that a lead is not working properly and will need to be extracted and replaced via another surgery? "Exit block" happens when a lot of of scar tissue forms at the tip of the lead, causing it to need more energy to function than your pacemaker can deliver. I don't know more than this. Never had this problem. I hope this info. help a little and someone else can chime in!
