Sorry i could not come on line to this group as i did not have any electric from Oct 8-16(still use a desk top). Then i left Oct 14-21 an of course Yahoo Mail did not recogonize my device, i tried to use. Hence no way to contact anyone. came home to one account 176 emails and 8 spams an the other account 149 emails and 6 spams. Was going to set up another email just before the hurricane came through, did not have time.
Was quite surprised and pleased to see Lurker's daughter and son in law appear at my door. As far as I can tell only electric gone with destroyed food in freezer. Did have some branches in yard from neighbors tree. Of course one on my neighbors tree fell accross my fence stopping just before my screen cage.
As to my pacemaker though all this do not know. Hoperfully the nightly transmission went though last nite. Will find out today if any problems.

As usual I was beginning to worry again, but I can see you are safe and well, although in need of some quality sleep right now. I hope the holiday was enjoyable despite your concerns and has prepared you for any clean up ahead.
I wonder what your pacemaker and heart have been up to these last few weeks? You seem to have weathered the storm very well indeed and I am sure your heart has been behaving too. Hope the data sent last night will not reveal any significant events.
Time to get some new groceries in. Will there be any changes to your diet, I wonder, now that the freezer has been emptied?

Did contact the pacemaker clinic to see if last nights transmission went though. It did not, so did a manual one today. Nothing popped out so pacemaker enjoyed my trip.

While everyone was concerned I was just fortunate enough to and in a position to do something about it. Glad I could help.
only left now is to go after FEMA and try to get some money to pay for spoiled food.
i text daughter yesterday to do same.
