Doomsday

I have just been reading about an E.bomb that is believed to have been already developed. It transmits powerful radio waves that can incapicitate an entire City for years. In my view I think anybody with a pacemaker would stand little chance of survival if anywhere near a detonation.Read it on:

Yes an E bomb has been developed a number of years ago. If anyone drops one, it will not matter if you have a PM or not, you will be toast. The E bomb was developed to eliminate all people, but leave the structures standing. The structures could then be used by the other side. I think I would dind other things to worry about.

Thomas is right. It is game over, kiss your ass goodbye if you have the time.

I for one am not going to worry about it. Keep friends and family close and live life to the fullest.

worries

My suggestion is not to worry about something that in all probability will not happen. And if it does happen, it won't matter if you're paced or not, so again, why worry?

Yes, my glass is always half full, thankyouverymuch :o)

E-bomb effects

I think there may be some confusion as to the effects of this device.
If the device is used, it will generate a large electromagnetic pulse, which is intended to disrupt the operation of electronic equipment, (the target is ALL types of electronics).
Even PM. users will have more concerns than Pacing problems.
Dodging falling aircraft and trying to steer your modern vehicle might be a priority.
Don't take these things too seriously,(there are real problems).

I'm 35 and got my pacemaker a little over a year ago. It definitely is not a burden to me. In fact, I have more energy (which my husband enjoys), can do more things with my kids and have weight because of having the energy.
