Hi Pals

We had a good crossing on the ferry last Sunday. And, the most fantastic morning tea/breakfast with rewired aussie. Poor Kay, we couldn't ring her. Brian dropped his mobile in the dog's water bucket the day before and when I went to use mine the battery was dead. So, I am still full of apologies for waking up and getting my friend out of bed! (How to win friends and influence people)

It seems hard to believe that we have been away for a week already. We spent three days in a cabin park and caught up with our old friends and moved out to the property on last Wednesday. The folks we are sitting for left on their overseas trip this morning. They are off to Canada, UK, Ireland and the Continent back on 6 Spetember. Their dog is huge, a cross between a Doberman and a Labrador and an absolute softie. He is gorgeous.

We are not far from the beach so we are looking forward to plenty of walks and a chance to lose the extra kilos.

Thank you for you lovely birthday wishes. I kept my birthday quiet as the folks were stressed out enough with having to get away. Brian and I went out for the day looking for my new computer. I had a lovely email card from my darling daughter and grandson.

If you are wonering who Taztiger is, It is Blueaustralia's daughter. No show without Punch!!
