Does anyone know of any PM/Heart disease conventions , I would to know about them so that I could meet more teens like myself .

Easier if you live near a large city like Raleigh. Harder in a rural community. You can ask social workers at the hospital where you have been treated, your Dr.'s office, the local chapter of an organization like The American Heart Assoc, etc. Start A Facebook or Twitter page? You probably know way more about the Net than I do. If you start it, they will come, and if you start it you get to be boss!

All of these are great ideas . . except the cemetery one frank hahahaha uhhh yea LOL . I will definantly try.
