poor circulation in left arm since PM

Hi, Has anyone out there experienced extreme soreness down the left arm and pain in the back of the head and neck, along with fatique? After the PM was put in, I felt pretty good for about 60 days, then I started getting a little dizzy when I was moving around in the kitchen making supper. After a while, I started waking up in the morning with a slight headache. I would check my blood pressure and it ave. around 140/75(approx). After I was up a while, I would walk on the treadmill for building up my strength and when I finished my blood pressure was lower,, like 112/60. My heart rate would usually be 60 when I got up in the morning and after the tread mill it would naturally go up, but, go back down after I showered and sat down for a while. But, I don't understand why my blood pressure goes down with exercise instead of up. I have gone back to my heart doctor, he says the PM is fine. I have gone to my regular doctor and he sent me to a Neurologist and a Ears,Nose & throat specialist. I had a CT scan and am waiting for results, but, the Neurologist really doesn't think it has a thing to do with my brain or spine. I am running out of options. I just want to know what is causing the symptoms of heart attack or stroke. Any comments out there? Thanks, Leonard

Numbness

I don't have that, but my left hand seems to fall asleep more often since my surgery a couple of weeks ago. My Dr said it was normal and should get better. What you describe doesn't.

Kept digging for an answer. I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks, from Leonard

blood clot?

I experienced soreness and fatigue after my ICD implant for Brugatas. And had the pain in my shoulder shooting up my neck and thru the base of my head a bit. One month to the date I was at work and my arm swelled up and I had to go to the emergency room. I ended up having a blood clot around the lead in the vein, right before it went into my heart. Im on blood thinners for about 5 more months yet.

Ive read that the pain in the shoulder neck and lower head can be signs of a blood clot in the area I had.

Good luck!
