Has anyone felt little shocks come from the Pacemaker its self? Not the leads but the gadget.

Shocks

Unless you have an ICD you shouldn't be getting shocks fro the pacemaker itself. The only way this can happen is if if is programmed to the monopolar mode or has reverted to it because of a bad lead.
Be sure and ask for a printout of your next checkup. It will tell what mode the leads are operating in and also give information on the health of the leads.
Oh, one other possibility is irritated nerve ending where they made the incision to implant it.

To tell you the truth I never even give it a second thought. While growing up it never stopped me from doing anything and to this day my girlfriend or my kids need to remind me that I have one!
