Pulled muscle?

Hey guys, this morning I was stretching at a weird angle and felt an extremly sharp pain like the PM was coming off the muscle! It only lasted 30 seconds, but it hurt sooo bad! Does anyone know what happened?

Sounds like it could have been some tearing of scar tissue. Anytime we have an invasive procedure done scar tissue is formed. Some moves we male can stretch the scar tissue and make it tear. Hurts like crazy but goes away soon. with no lasting damage. Bowlrbob
