Went to cardiologist yesterday...

Ok, so I finally went to see what's up with this darned thing. I gave the nurse and the interrogation guy all my symptoms, including the heavy beats and the feeling of an adreneline rush, but they didn't say anything about that which really ticked me off. Anyway, both of them say it's moved, but the doctor I saw who is not my normal cardiologist says it hasn't, but he told me that my leads were at the end of where they should be. The doctor told me to take ibuprophen for two weeks and if it doesn't help to call back. I'm a bit better, but still uncomfortable! I am not happy at all...

I would see if you can get in with your normal doctor and if you can't I would try going to see a different cardiologist and see what they say. I am having some problems myself and I don't know if they are connected to my device or not. So I'm trying to get the problem figured out. I went to see my EP doctor who put in the device and because he couldn't figure out what was causing my problems and my primary care doctor didn't help either I'm seeking a second opinion from a different EP doctor.
I hope that things are okay with you. Always know that if your not happy with something you can always seek a second opinion.

I'm 44, active and have had my device for two years. I love it as I can run again and enjoy working out without feeling like I'm an old man.
