GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!

*storms behind me* AHHH!! Ok, I FINALLY convinced my mother to take me to get iced coffee this morning (when, in fact, I had already consumed a cappuchino) and she agreed. So we comenced on our merry way. Well, do NOT get iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts because you have MAKE IT YOURSELF! McDonalds doesn't make you do that; you order it and they hand it to you. Insanity!!!!!!!!! Grace thinks I'm over - reacting, but Grrrr I tell you, Grrr!!!!!!!!!!! Ohhh, my stomach hurts from all that coffee... This is EXACTLY why I should not give it up; coffee withdrawl is the worst. Oh yeah, I have figured out how I can tell the difference between regular and decaf - depending on how long it takes for me to feel like passing out is how caffinated the drink really is. In this case, I know for a fact that I got regular and now I feel like ouking my guts out, jumping up and down like a lunatic, and my hands are shaking. I hope this means I can play my clarinet today... :) BYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know where you live but I've never had to make my own ice coffee at Dunkin Donuts. (neither does my mother ans she gets one everyday) We do go in too, the drive thru is just too crazy at times, it's quicker to go in. (the only thing I may need to at is some sweet and low because I don't like to tell them how may i really want, I say 3 but usually add 2 more)

Go chug some water. Extra water seems to help me when I get regular by accident, flush it out of your system. Sometimes a gatorade helps with the shakes. Other than the accidental caffeine fix, how are you feeling?

I've learned to be really cranky when I order coffee out because a lot of places are careless. I always ask three times... Is it decaf? Are you SURE it's decaf? Are you Sure you're Sure, I really don't mean to be a pain but I'm not in the mood for a trip to the hospital today.... Yeah, I really say all that, lol, but always with a smile. You'd be surprised how many times they take the cup back and remake it once I make it clear I have a health reason for going decaf. I never get coffee in restaurants, it's too easy for them to grab the wrong pot. I stick to places that make is fresh when we order.

I don't like DD coffee. I don't know why but it just never tastes right to me. I'm a Starbucks addict. I'm trying to stay off the decaf also but herbal tea just doesn't cut it, ya know? I haven't had any coffee since Tues. Oh my! I might deserve a decaf nonfat mocha today
