This is the time of year when one sits down to "take stock" of what and how the year has presented to each one of us.
I have just been discharged from hospital after 3 days stay while being tried on a new drug to try to control this very obstinate tachycardia of mine. There seems to be no respite and even on discharge there was another attack of rapid rhythm that went haywire. Thank God my ICD did not shock me this time. There's still a dismal tunnel that I may need to travel thru my EP hinted, but no, I will not ponder further meanwhile but praise God for each day given.

On a lighter note, I'd like to say I'm still fortunate to be able spend Christmas back home with husband and family.
God is good, I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of you my warm and caring friends out there in the PM club, a BLESSED CHRISTMAS & A JOYOUS & PEACEFUL 2009! Although we do not know what's installed ahead of us, every "tick" of our device and heart counts! Take heart and take care....love bunnykin.

Dear Pacergirl & Sheila,

Many thanks for your comments; Yes, we're in a way in it together esp. when we start to care for one another. Without this site, I think it's quite unbearable at times to tolerate it all by yourself. Yet at other times, not everyone understands the uniqueness of our conditions. Anyway, for now I'll just hang in there and try to keep you my cyber friends updated.
God bless you all this Christmas....love, bunnykin.

You know you're wired when...

Microwave ovens make you spark.

I am just now 40 but have had these blackouts all my life. I am thrilled with the pacer and would do it all over again.
