Second Opinion

I am currently seeking a second opinion. I have an appointment with another EP in my area, but it is not scheduled until the end of October. I am desperate at this point.
My husband and I are considering a trip to the Cleveland Heart Clinic. We are in Texas, so it will be a big step to take, but I have come to realize that we must be our own advocates when it comes to our health, and I need answers!
Does anyone have any other suggestions as to where I may seek treatment? I am open to just about anything at this point.

Thanks,
Amanda

He's in Austin, used to be the Cleveland Clinic Head MD for thier EP program but now works out of California or Texas. He is a great docotor, and has a great bedside manner. A good friend of mine was extremely pleased when he cured his A fib.
His nurses email for an appointment :

Amanda,

You might consider one of the following in Texas. I know both of these places are outstanding. Dr.Price implanted my pacemaker when he was with Scott & White in Temple, TX.

Dr. Larry D. Price. E.P.
Texas Cardiovascular Consultants, P.A.
2200 Park Bend, Bldg 2, Ste300
Austin, TX 78758
Phone: (512) 441-1633
Fax: (512) 617-2991

St. Lukes Heart Hospital - Houston, TX

Good luck
