Thank You

Today is the first birthday of my little buddy Violet(my PM).I am so thankful that I have her(without her I would not be here today to celebrate).

I know I would not have made the transition from mere mortal to bionic woman without the help of this web site and all of you. I have learned so much and it was a real comfort to know that so many of us share the same healing problems,feelings,pain etc.

Tonight when we go to dinner, we will say a toast for all of you...for a happy,healthy and even paced year.

Happy birthday Violet - it has been a long time since it was my first birthday with my pm, 1987 to be exact and my second implant was 2004, yes that long for a battery to last, i wonder which type, like the one in Torchy the Battery Boy series a long time ago.
I live in the U.K. and we do not seem to be updated like the folk in the states or anywhere else in the world.
hope you have many many many more birthday with your best friend the pm.
