Dreams

Thanks for sharing your dreams (nightmares) with me. Once again it is good to know I am not alone and not going 'nuts'! Going to have a go at the affirmation before I go to sleep - thanks for that.

Re medication, I am not on a heart meds and my blood pressure meds haven't be altered since my PM and I've been on them for years - amlodopine, lisinopril, indapamide plus an aspirin. My BP is well controlled at the moment. So I do think it is anxiety related and this is also affecting the quality of my sleep - I'm waking up such a lot.

By the way I wasn't sure whether to make this a new message or add it to the end of my original dreams message but as that it going further down the list now I wondered if anyone would read it. Is there a protocol for follow-ups?

I don't know what I would have done without this forum over the last seven weeks. Thank you all so much.

Sue from London (UK)

I just want to share about the quality of life after my pacemaker, and hopefully increase awareness that lifestyles do not have to be drastically modified just because we are pacemaker recipients.
