Can i use a jacuzzi?

Hi, this is a very minor kinda silly question but do you know if i can use a jacuzzi? I am going away in November and know that the room we are staying in has a bath with a jacuzzi in.
I'm not sure about things like that (and hot tubs etc) and if they affect pm's (i have a dual lead)

Thanks
Louise,x

Hot tubbing

Hi Louise,

There are really only two reasons you would not be able to be in a hot tub: 1) that your incision is not healed yet or, 2) Hot water can effect your blood pressure and heart rate. That's something that is unique to everyone. For me, my blood pressure drops and my heart rate goes up, so I'm careful to monitor how I'm feeling whether or not I get in and if I do, how long I stay in. Otherwise enjoy! Nothing better than a good soak!

No reason not to! Just be careful if you stay in too long and the water is too hot, it can make you dizzy when you stand up again. That's normal for anyone, not just those of us with a pm.

That's where I'm headed!

Every morning I go out to ours and watch the sun come up. Then about this time of night (9:00PM) I spend a while in it before I go to bed.

What a life.

You made me happy!

My NP told me I could never use a hot tub again. My husband & I love ours & I just couldn't believe I can't use. Glad you are all enjoying!
