Coast your Roller!

Hi there. I'm in the UK and have had both heart surgery and PM in 2006.

I go on all the rollercoasters unless they warn of the magnetics. These actually have a sign up stating not to ride if you have a PM due to electromagnetic acceleration or braking. So far no problems apart from being terrified LOL. My 9 year old loves them though so what can you do!

If you have any dought I would suggest a quick call to your PM tech for advice as they will know.

All rollercoasters have signs that you shouldn't go, but many do! As the others said, just avoid the new ones with the magnetics. And I wouldn't do it when your pm is new, wait at least the first year. Give the leads a LOT of time to grow into place before pushing the envelope.

I am just now 40 but have had these blackouts all my life. I am thrilled with the pacer and would do it all over again.
