Grabbing pain every minute

Hi, I have had my dual chamber pacemaker since 2007. I'm 27 and haven't had many problems since placement. About 1:30 this morning I have had grabbing pain, which resembles a muscle spasm, timing the pain I see it happens once every minute for about two seconds and then releases. Is this something I should be concerned about? Its uncomfortable and its directly over my pacemaker which is implanted on the left side. I don't believe I have pulled that muscle and am quite worried. Any help would be a great help! Thanks!!
