Hello from Tampa

We are having a wonderful time!!! The only thing that would make it better was if more of you were here. And maybe the weather could be a bit cooler. Blake did a wonderful job planning this and it's been a pleasure getting to know him and his wife as well as the rest of the pacers.

The weekend started with cocktails around the pool last night. The weather was muggy but the company was terrific. The speakers this morning were simply outstanding!

After breakfast the Pacer Chicks headed to Ybor City for a Cuban lunch and to visit the open air market. Rumors that we wiped out half the booths are almost all untrue.

And rumors that the Pacer Chicks would not be able to contain themselves are completely unfounded. Ok, so maybe Loopy lost the sample pacemaker they were passing around at the educational session this morning. We eventually found it and gave it back. We only picked one lock so far, Loopy and I got locked out of our bathroom. Don't ask, I have no idea how it happened but I swear we were both sober. That credit card thing you see in the movies is harder than it looks but a knife did the trick.
Hey Loopy here! A massive thanks to Blake for organizing this amazing event! I cannot begin to tell you how lovely he and his wife are! We have made Rachel our very own Pacer Chick! Well, we have had some fun times here already! I cannot begin to go into all the juicy details else Blake will ban me!! Tracey is right about the trick with the credit cards when you get locked out - it really does not work but it is amazing what you can do with a knife and a locked door and a mad british girl!
For our special friends who didn't make it over...... we really miss you. You know who you are!!
