Osun Pace Alert

Is anyone using the Osun Pace Alert? I setup and repair machinery. I notice I get a little lightheaded when I'm near some electrical equipment. It's a wakeup call telling me I'm a little close and to back off. Once I move back a little I feel fine. I thought about buying one of the sensors for EMF and RF sources so I can avoid putting myself in that situation. I was wondering if anyone has one and if it's worth the investment.

I have one

I bought one since I work in an environment full of multiplexors, batteries, bus bars, fuse bays, etc. I walked all around the building, with it on, and it never beeped once.
I tested it by the microwave door as it recommends, and it didactivate for that, so I fugure it was working, but I was surprized that it never beeped in my work environment.
I'd say it was worth the investment for me just to put my mind ot ease. I still just pass quickly by the areas that are high voltage, because it seems like the thing to do, and I have stayed out of the generator room, since my PM. But I'm no longer fearful that I'm hurting my heart by being there.
Good luck!

I do facilities maintenance, was concerned about the interference from motor drives, motors, transformers, etc. I purchase an emf meter at grainger and found only a few hot spots around the stuff I deal with. Really close to motors, and around seams and door edges of transformers....to name the 2 biggest. As you say, just putting a little distance between the source and your PM solves the problem. I was unable to get a straight answer from any of the manufacturers or the people who made the PM,that is why I purchased the emf meter.

You know you're wired when...

You’re officially battery-operated.
