Pacer Chicks and Pacer Boys!

Hi guys! hope you are all well and behaving yourselves.... unless of course your names are Patch, Angelie, Tracey E, and Arabella and Pacer Girl to name a few! lol!

Right ! to business! Every morning from around 5am when I start waking up I am aware of a giddy, anxious feeling and find it hard to get back to sleep. It usually only lasts a couple of hours - so after my first cup of tea and running around with the kids I am better.

The giddy/anxious feeling - well, I had that quite serverely before Gerry was put in but got better. It went bad again and the doc gave me a low dose of beta blockers (1.25mg Nebivolol) when my heart started going too fast.

Usually at rest I get this feeling..... possibly it is there all the time, so when I am not doing things I notice it more?

Nothing to do with the fact I have a new heart throb on t.v.!!! The Mentalist ! Simon Baker! phew! cute!!! AHERM! sorry about that....

Ok, so any advice would be gratefully received!

By the way, I now have my dress for the fundraiser in September, flights booked, Tracey E booked! all I need now, are some killer heels!!! Must ask Angelie! ha ha ha ha!!

Love & hugs, Loopy Lou xxxxxx

I'm the one to come to for heels. LOL. I'm pretty sure you have me mistaken with Patch.

What exactly is a killer heel. Define that for me.
Are those the kind of heels that are so tall and skinny that you immediately fall on your butt, potentially killing you from the 10 foot fall? Hence the name: Killer Heels.

LOL,
Angelie

This dress up thing has my pacer working double time, and I'm already having nightmares in fear that I'll use the wrong fork.

LOL

I have been behaving myself... for at least a few hours now.

Giddy? Sweetie, that's not your heart, it's your crazy personality! LOL

Could you be doing a self test every day at 5am? Check the side effects of the meds, also.

Your bedroom reservation is confirmed!

Patch, you are one scary dude... sure hope you make it to Tampa!

Ang, if they're high enough to make your legs look fabulous but trip you if you take more than three steps, they are killer. For me, that means anything more than a flat, did I mention I'm a klutz?

I've got the fork thing down pat, you can sit with me.

ha ha ha ha!!

Hello dear friends!

Angelie - killer heels.... yep as you say.... 10" heels that you need to wear with a parachute! Hmmm, using the right fork..... bring on the K.F.C.!!!

Patch - we so hope that you can join us! looking forward to see you in that tux! I didn't say I had dumped YOU!!! but if you check out that guy in The Mentalist you will know why my pacemaker skips!! You will always be my No. 1 Pacer Boy!

Yes, might phone my doc tomorrow and check my meds.....

Glad to hear that you wife hasn't smothered you!! .... yet!!! surprised that my hubby hasn't smothered me yet due to my yearnings over this new heart throb!!! lol!

Hope you are keeping well and hope to see you in September!!!!!!

I hear tracey will be sporting her new "aye-aye captain" eye patch. Complete with jewels.

Not to be mistaken with our Patch....

How can you help me with my table ware if you've only got one good eye.

Some help you are.....and I don't know about Loopy. I see her licking the plate or something crazy like that....
She's liable to get up and start dancing with the "stars"

LOL
