Wanted: Firefighters with pacemakers!

Hello! I am a Firefighter who just got a pacemaker and my cardiologist wanted me to see if he could contact any other Firefighters out there who have pacemakers and have been cleared for full duty. He is trying to get support in showing that other firefighters out there have had pacemakers and are back to work, unfortunatly he does not know of any other firefighters other than I. All he wants to know if what kind of pacemaker you have and he wants to hear from you that you are back to work for full duty. Please, let me know if you can help me out with this. I do appreciate it!

he is a fireman and i think he has an icd. you can contact him and at least talk about it jessie

I am a firefighter with a pm. I have a medtronics adapta 2 lead. I got it for SSS. I got it Dec. 1, 2006 I went back to work after 2 months off. I have had contact with two other firefighters on this site and have their contact information. Please contact me.
