Hi
I am wriitng in desperation now, my wife had a pacemaker fitted in November 2006, she is 30 years old and we have been trying to get life insurance for her but every insurance company we have tried continues to turn us down on medical grounds. We live in England, my wife has had no problems with her pacemaker and she is physically fit and well. Has anybody else had this trouble before and if so does anybody know any good insurance companies to approach.
All suggestions much appreciated.

Hey, life insurance doesn't work. I have had several friends who had it and they died anyway. LOL

I have had my pacer since 2005. At first it ruled my life. It took some time to calm down and make the mental adjustment. I had trouble sleeping and I worried a lot about pulling wires. Now I just live my life as I wish.
I gave up

I got my first pm at 27. I tried several life insurance companies and no one would touch me at any price.
I suggest you start a savings account and put your premiums in that.
