What could this be?

Hello all, to make a long story short I was on Sotolal an A-fib med and it had me feeling dizzy and light headed, so I got off the med by doctors orders. Four days later at work I fell out and got real dizzy and light headed and had to sit down on the floor cause my balance and hearing was off. It seems I thought it was my ears cause I was sick and then possibly got an infection and now I have been light headed for 2 plus months.

I have been to an ENT, had CT scan, and they say it could be that a bone has eroded in my inner ear. The brain is fine and nothing wrong there.

I wanted to know from my people on the site could this be a problem with blood flow to the head or brain that is making me dizzy and light headed? Also could it be a problem with the heart? I do feel less lightheaded then I did two months ago but it is just very slow to get better. My BNP level has rise to 787 from 245 since last November. I have told my Heart nurse about this and they don't think it is a big deal that it went up about 500 points since November. I think it is and want to know why right?

I also had A-fib about two weeks ago and got shocked back for the 2nd time in 6 moth time., thank god for my IDC. I think this could have happen cause of all the stress and no sleep and being worried about my brain. Also my cardio had me on half my heart meds and my heart was beating like crazy for a few weeks then I got shocked. I am now back on full dose and heart is at a good rate like before.

I have a Cardio appointment and they are checking the EF in two weeks. I really want to know why my BNP has gone up and want to see if the light headed-ness is due to the heart or rise in BNP, my primary doc seemed to think so but the ent seem to think it will just go away. Just would like some input seems I have been down and out since I got married 7 months ago. I am staying positive and doing things to stay stress free and not be depressed.
