Colds and Flu

Are there any special things to watch for when you are getting what you think is a cold? Hubby has had sinus infection for 2 weeks so not sure what I'm coming down with. PM implant September 08. Thot I recalled someone saying need to see doc early on as can become more serious because my body has a foreign body in it. I don't want to over or under react. Thanks

i got a flu which has taken a month to get rid of. i was on two antibiotics and prednisone. no fun . this is my third winter with a p.m. and was never as ill as this year. so yes flu and pneumonia shots for sure. jessie
