Low RBC

You may be low on vitamin B12. As we age our intestines don't absorb B12 as well and it is common to develop a low RBC. Taking B12 orally doesn't help as they go the same intestinal route.
I showed a very slightly low RBC and the docs all wrote it off as no problem. I finally ordered some B12 patches on the internet. They were recommended to be used once a week. After a couple of weeks my energy and mental alertness both were noticeably better.
Now I am giving myself B12 injections. I found a Canadian pharmacy that sells both vials of B12 and syringes. I've been using that for about a month now and feel even better. The important thing to realize is the effects take a few weeks and of course may not be the problem at all.
If you want the links to the source, drop me a private message. I don't want to start prescribing here!!

i have the same thing, i've been advised to take iron supplements to boost the cell count. make sure to get the easy digestion iron because iron is supposed to make you constipated. if your case gets bad, i know at times that shots are given in severe cases.
or chow down on the liver and spinach, also oysters are high in iron, but now we're playing with high cholesterol.
as far as b12, i've only heard good things about it.

OK, as I am in Sweden and am American, I sometimes do not understand everything the doctors tell me. Now after my visit today i am told I have enlarged lymph nodes. anything to worry about?

As for my pacemaker (almost 7 years old) I like to think of it in the terms of the old Timex commercial - takes a licking and keeps on ticking.
