Call your doctor

Please don't try and push it back, you may just make matters worse. Why don't you try a heating pad to relax the muscles????
If it persists and you cannot see your family doctor or your cardiologist, go to your nearest Emergency Room.
Good luck,
Pookie
Thank you!

warm heat, motrin, a sling , and a lot of being still the muscles relaxed and its moved back into its pocket (almost 80% back) SOOO sore tho!! I tried to apply a small bit of pressure to see if it would slide and it hurt SO bad there was NO WAY that was the way to go. thank you Mspacer and Pook I appreciate that you answered!!

Call the doctor

Please call the doctor to find out what you should do. I would not try to push it down. I have a moving pacemaker too all of a sudden. My replacement was not stitched down as my first one was. It seems that some doctors don't stitch them down.
