Sweating

I noticed over the past few days alot of you have been asking about excessive sweating. I had the same problem for about a month. I have a PM. I also had fatigue, and shortness of breath, fast heart rate. I told my cardiologist and he just increased my meds. Any time I helped my wife do chores like dishes, laundry, sweeping floor, I would have to stop after only a few minutes. Even just walking around the block or at the mall. I eventually went into the hospital when my HR got to 185 beats per minute. They checked my PM and found nothing wrong. Did blood tests and found the blood count for my thyroid was 3X as high as it should be. I went to an endocronologist and found out i had a hyperthyroid. After more meds within 2 weeks everything was back to normal. No more sweating, shortness of breath or fast heart rate. Still have some fatigue, but not as bad. Just something you might want to look into. As easy as a little blood test. I hope this info helps a few of you out. Once again though cardiologist had no idea about this problem, he just wants to keep increasing meds. Good Luck all.
