Beautiful

Well I had my heart cath done this morning and the cardiologists said I had no blockages at all. She went on to say that I even didn't have the normal build up for my age. Her words were "Absolutley beautiful". I am sooooo happy with these results. I feel like I have been given a second chance on heart health. NO MORE GREASY FRIED FOODS FOR ME !
I have been praying to GOD for good results and he has answered my prayers. Just wanted to share my great news with you all. Have a great Thanksgiving.

If you have been eating what you want for this many years and show no significant blockage, why are you changing your diet?

I get the same thing about salt. My BP is in a very nice range and has been all my life (I'm 78). So the doctor looks at it and says great just be sure to reduce your salt intake.

And one final question: I really appreciate your feelings about getting a clean bill of health, but have you considered that you went through a risky procedure unnecessarily. This is a very common scenario. You weren't given a second chance, you were just informed that there never was a first one.
