Might it not be your lupus?
I have rheumatoid Arthritis which I know isn't the same thing exactly, but when I have a flare up I get symptons like you have described. Iwas told by my rheumatologist that I would be more prone to chest infections . Both illnesses are auto-immune diseases and can really make you feel quite ill at times (as I'm sure you already know)! Maybe you should see your G.P. to see if you need any antibiotics.
Hopey ou are feeling better soon Jan

Sorry you arent feeling too good, but it's still early days isnt it! I got my pm on halloween, just looked at your profile, similar problems, but I'm a lot older.

This last 2 or 3 weeks I feel like I've finally picked up, I was feeling exactly how you describe above, and suddenly, all is well.

Last weekend I finally tried out to see if I really was better and did a days walk in the high peak trail in Derbyshire; not only did it go well, I went and did it all over again the next day.

Sooooooooooooo, dont give up, just take it a day at a time, try to get some exercise every day, and hopefully, one day you will wake up and feel wonderful. I even tackled cleaning the house this week, and I must be feeling well to do that!! lol.

Good luck. HH

Don't mess around with chest pain. Go get checked, or at least call your doctor.

That's not good!

Hi, the symptoms that you are describing are almost like me before I got my PM. Is it possible your settings have been sent back into default mode accidently? I would recommend getting checked out by your doc. Take a list with you of all your symptoms and problems so you don't forget any of them as each one is important.

I hope you get checked out soon, take care. Sorry you have to go through this.

I got my PM also at Halloween in 2005. I did feel some better but still had no energy. Then after 6 months i blacked out again even with the PM. So I went back to my EP and explained how I was feeling. He said I know exactly what you need. He changed some settings and I started feeling better right away. It still took another 6 months to be feeling like I did before. I think it takes our body time to catch up after being run down for so long. Still I needed the change in settings and you might also. So make an appointment, write down how you feel and take it to your Dr. He might be able to help. Bowlrbob
