Stairs Update, As the saga continues

Hi guys, my dr. office has tracked me down and set me an appt. It seems the cardiologist thinks that I may be developing another problem. :-O
I have not a clue as to what it could be and at this point I am not even going to try and guess. The appt. is for tomorrow at 1:15. I will take time from work to go.

I always find it rather odd that I leave the patients I care for to go see a dr. and become the patient. There I will be, dressed in my work scrubs... being cared for by medical staff. Odd. The nurse did say something about a dopler (sp?) test?? Is this like a heart echo? Anyway, I am just home from work and I am really tired. All that traveling and then no rest before getting back to work. he he

I will post again tomorrow and let you guys know what the Dr. can tell me.

Take care all,
Pacergirl

Yes I think they are refering to an echo test to measure out put efficiency. Good luck!

Thanks :-)

I will keep in touch. However I won't be able to get online until after 7:30 tonight, so if you all don't hear from me please don't worry. I will be fine. Probably just need an adjustment to the PM. I will ask questions before any test and get some answers. Great advice!
Thanks everyone for pulling for me.

I've seen many posts about people being concerned about exercise after having a device so thought I would let you know that yesterday I raced my first marathon since having my pacemaker fitted in fall 2004.
