track meet update

Just past my 10 month anniversary of getting my pacemaker. I ran my first track meet in 25 years last week. I ran the mile in 5:23, and about a half an hour later ran the 800 in 2:25.
I'm 46 years old. I am nobody special, I am only determined.
Get up and go!

congrats!!!!!!!! 523 is a very impressive mile time, I know alot of highschool kids who would love to be able to do that. Run on cyborg.......
