Update from my Doc

I was asking about the vitamin B12 the other day.... As it turns out my blood work all shows that I am healthy... Seems that I have been over medicated AGAIN!!!!!! So the docs have cut out my BP meds and are watching how I do. Praise God is all I can say. It had takena few days but, I feel more like myself now for the first time in years!

I am coming back. I feel as if I have been in a fog for the last year or so. This week I ended up in the hospital because I was confused, dizzy and generally couldn't function. It was horrible. It was the #@^%$! MEDICATIONS!!!

I have learned a few things from this experience....
1. if the doc give me any medications I am going to keep a log as to how I am feeling.
2. If I see that I am suffering in anyway I will not continue to take it without telling someone.
3. I will ask my hubby to monitor how I am doing as well and to tell me if he sees any changes.... like if I am happier or slimmer or more beautiful he he. All of which might happen!

So in closing please may I add... if your medications are making you tired, dizzy, confused or feel like crap, tell someone before you end up in the hospital.

blessings to all,
Pacergirl

My Computer!

by pacergirl - 2009-06-06 10:06:51

After reading my post I can see that my Blackberry phone isn't the best way to type a post on the internet!

It just so happens the my beloved MAC laptop had to go into the shop for a tuneup at about the same time as I did! So I was using my balackberry to keep up with my pacer friends. Not the best idea I've ever had. Writing a long post isn't easy for me using my phone. The letters are too small. Now I am using my hubby's PC and the keys are so stiff. Yikes! is all I can say. I should have the new MAC back when I get back from vacation in about 12 days. How I am going to get by without a computer for that long a time is anyones guess.

However I would like to say thank you for all your wonderful kind words for me.

Blessings to each of you,
Pacergirl

You know you're wired when...

You have an excuse for gaining an extra ounce or two.
