So..i just worked 8 hours and I am still swollen at PM site...I thought it was just from sleeping on my stomach.....I really hoping it is nothing...

Did you do anything different at work.
Keep in mind that the pouch they make under your skin is a rather brutal process. I was totally awake while they were making mine and while the local anesthetic keep me from feeling pain, I knew they were doing something. It's kind of running a spoon under the skin of a chicken breast and tearing a pouch.
With this kind of trauma even after it heals you can move in some way that pushes the pacemaker around in the pouch and cause irritation. My favorite was to reach across the right with my left arm and pinch the pacer against my collar bone. Even that doesn't cause any problem now, but it has been almost 5 yrs.
Of course it can always be an infection. If it doesn't settle down it might be a good idea to call the doc.

8 hours of work when it isn't healed could have just irritated the site. Just think what happens if you get a cut on one of your fingers where it bends, and then pull weeds for 8 hours with it!!
