No sweat lodges here, Cabg. But then, I'm no fan of Russian roulette either. Everyone has to make their own hopefully informed decision, which is tough to do under the current circumstances. Too much is unknown.

And sometimes there just is no magic bullet. I don't have one. The best defense I know (against just about anything), since you asked, is maintaining alkalinity. And the best way I know to do that is abbreviated in the first part of my response to GMan's question about detox.
