First let me say hello and welcome to the Pacemaker club.
I completely understand how you are feeling about how your kids are feeling. I went through similar feelings about how the kids reacted. Finally I told them that we are all going to die sometime so mine just has been postponed for awhile... get used to it! I have found my health and happiness again, but it has taken some time.
Sounds like you are taking a lot of medications. Each one of those meds as you already know have side effects. Talk to your doctor and take a list of all the changes and see if there are other alternatives available. As far as being alone all the time... so was I and it was scary. Then I made some friends here and they talked me through some very rough times. I do have a hubby, but gone all the time. I think he was emotionally separating from too. We are fine now... it did take some time. Hang in there, take time to heal and please know you are not alone....
Sisters with pacers... and oh yes... welcome to the Pacer Chick Club!

Hi there, you are going through, and your family are going through, the adjustment period.

I felt absolutely horrendous and awful for the first few weeks, and it did affect my relationships with just about everyone. I became an invalid.

Few months on and I feel so much better, physically and psychologically. Today I went for a long walk with my dogs husband and kids, it was almost like the old days, except rather than walk back up the big hill I waited in the pub! lol

Hang on in there, let people know how you feel, they probably dont realise how its affecting you.

Hey youre doing well, Pacergirl hasnt made me a 'chick' yet!!

Come in here regularly, it really does help, they are great people with empathy understanding and a lot of knowledge.

Take care
