Coping, A little better today

Hi, I wanted to share with you that I am feeling a little better today about my incision. It has not changed any, but I am trying to look at the brighter side of things. I have a fantastic husband and he is very understanding. I can see how much he loves me, but I can also see that the entire pacemaker ordeal has changed us. He is so thankful that I am alive and in other areas doing well.

This winter has been very hard on me I have been sick since January and I have been hospitalized 3 different times for different things. I think seeing the latest scar was the straw that broke the camels back, as they say.

Thank you all for your hugs, your encouraging words, your wonderful wisdom and advice and most of all your humor. I especially loved DanaT's advice... It really made me laugh! Caught me totally off guard. It is very funny and I recommend that you read it. So precious.

I will keep you posted how things are going. I am so ready for things to settle down.
Take care

Its nice to hear you are doing better. My husband told me the other day that the scar on my chest is beautiful to him...he got all choked up, told me that it symbolizes health & a new chance for life!
You are incredible! keep your chin up, chica!
