has anyone had these symptoms from an icd
hi
i'm new here and i am wondering if anyone else has ever had these symptoms after an icd placement..my husband had his placed back in oct, this oct will be a year, he has now been having arm/hand numbness and his finger tend to cramp up..we are wondering if this could be coming from the icd moving and pinching a nerve...thank you all and any info would be great..

i had the same problem. it was the lead wire the doctor had to force into my vein when implanted.the doc told me to keep arm elevated as much as possible. but if i were your husband i would see the doctor asap and tell him or her the problem. good luck Curly
