PM since 3 yrs old

I have had a PM since I was 3 years old, I am now 40 yrs old active Male, and will be getting my 10th PM this year. I was born with a hole in between the lower chambers of my heart. I had surgery for that and within weeks would need a temporary PM, then later I would need a permanent one. I grew up a somewhat normal young man, I have had PM's from all of the U.S. manufactures and have seen the best, worst, and funniest moments. I had an excellent doctor here in Georgia, he had an excellent staff, and he treated me with the best of care. I have memories of several different events that shaped my life, made me the man that I am today, and will show who I am in the years to come. I love talking to people about PM's, talking to them about the life they can and will lead, and just chatting with them one on one about PM's issues............................. You must be active !. ave life of PM only 4 years?
hope mine (my first ) lasts 5-7 years).
