Hi everyone!
Tonight I received a vm from my EP's office regarding the findings from my event monitor. I am confused as usual so I thought I would reach out to my PM friends for help. I have posted before but here's my info: PM implant 2/10 after AV node ablation. Since have been in and out of the hospital with SVT. Now up to 100 mg of Flecainide 2xday. I am an avid swimmer and my EP agreed to increase my upper limit to 180 (my request to support my needs while swimming) with an event monitor for 30 days.
The nurse left me a message saying I was showing some normal sinus rhythm's with frequent episodes of sinus tachycardia w/rv pacing. She ended with "you can call me if you like"?
Can anyone translate for me? Lol!
I can frequently be over 100 sitting not doing anything...not sure how to measure the "frequently" statement.

The pacer systems are really very reliable. The main problem is the incompetent programming of them. If yours is working well for you, get on with life and enjoy it. You probably are more at risk of problems with a valve job than the pacer.
