I had endocarditis it was prior to me getting my tricuspid valve replaced and pacemaker. They can usually treat with long course of antibiotics, I had to have IV antibiotics for about 10 weeks. I still had the vegetation on my tricuspid valve and it had damaged the valve so I had to have it replaced.
