Bar code scanner

Hi, I have been back at work for a couple of months now with no major problems. This week we have been stocktaking with a hand held barcode scanner which is linked wirelessly to the till/computer system. Is it possible that this would affect my Medtronic pm? or am I just being over sensitive? thanks guys.

Will It Harm Your PM

Hello Suzybabes,

No the barcode scanner will not bother your PM. And no you are being over sensitive, just smart. Anytime you get hold of any electronic device you are not sure about, ask.

If you should ever run into something that effects your PM you will feel it as a very irregular heart beat. In such case move a few feet away from whatever is causing the problem and your PM and heart beat will return to normal in a minute or less. There will be no harm done to your heart or your PM.
